Prices are for each phone system, billed monthly, and include GST. Every plan is month to month, with no minimum term and no early termination charge. Desk phones are optional, and we quote them first.
Calls. Unlimited calls on Basic, Flexible and Ultimate are for normal business use and subject to fair use (see our Terms). Calls to 1800 numbers are free. International calls are off unless you arrange them with us. Premium (19xx), satellite and other special numbers can't be called.
Medical and security alarms. Medical alarms, monitored security alarms, lift emergency phones and similar devices may not work over Cloud Voice. Talk to us before connecting one.
Calling 000. You can call Triple Zero (000) on Cloud Voice while your internet connection and power are working. It won't work in a power failure or internet outage, so keep a charged mobile phone handy. More about emergency calls.

What is a cloud phone system?
A cloud phone system, also called a hosted PBX or VoIP phone system, runs your business phone lines over the internet instead of old copper lines or a phone box in your office. Your team makes and takes calls on desk phones, mobile apps or computers, and features like phone menus, ring groups, business hours and voicemail are set up centrally.
Can I keep my existing business phone number?
Yes. In most cases your existing numbers can be ported to your new phone system. In2Digital lodges the port, handles the paperwork and plans the switchover with you. We can also add new local numbers or direct lines for staff.
Do I need to buy new phones?
Not always. Many existing IP desk phones can be set up on the new system. If you need new handsets we can supply them configured and ready to plug in, and your team can also use the mobile and desktop apps instead of a desk phone.
What happens to calls if our office internet goes down?
Because the phone system runs in the cloud rather than in your office, it keeps answering calls. Calls can be set to overflow to mobiles or another number, and staff can keep taking calls on the mobile app. Desk phones in the office won't work until your internet is back, and that includes calls to 000, so keep a charged mobile phone handy.
How much does a business phone system cost?
Cloud Voice is priced per phone system, not per user. Basic is $11.00 a month (1 call at a time), Flexible is $38.50 a month (2 calls at a time) and Ultimate is $209.00 a month (5 calls at a time). All three include unlimited standard local, national, mobile and 13/1300 calls within Australia, subject to fair use, and your phone numbers. If you want to keep your own SIP provider, BYO SIP Trunk is $32.99 a month and your provider bills your calls. All prices include GST. Desk phones are optional, and we quote them first.
Is there a contract?
No. Cloud Voice is month to month, with no minimum term and no early termination charge. You can cancel at any time, and the service ends at the end of the current monthly billing period. Each plan's Critical Information Summary sets out the details.
Can an AI receptionist answer our business calls?
