Summary of this offer
| Description and inclusions |
A cloud phone system for your business that connects to a SIP trunk from your own provider. We host and manage the phone system on our phone platform. Your SIP provider carries your calls and bills you for them. It includes:
Calls aren't included. Your SIP provider charges you for them. |
|---|---|
| Minimum monthly charge | $32.99 a month (inc GST) for each phone system, billed monthly in advance. Your SIP provider's charges are separate. |
| Maximum monthly charge | $32.99 a month (inc GST) for each phone system. We don't charge for calls on this plan, so our charge is the same every month. Your SIP provider sets and bills its own call and service charges, which aren't included. |
| Maximum early termination charge | $0. There's no early termination charge. |
| Minimum term | None. Month to month. You can cancel at any time. |
Other services you need
This offer depends on a SIP trunk from a provider you choose. That provider carries your calls, including calls to 000, and bills you for them. Its terms, charges and call quality are its responsibility. You also need an internet connection, which can come from any provider. Call quality depends on both.
Equipment
You don't have to buy any equipment from us. The mobile and desktop apps are included, and you use them on your own smartphone or computer. Desk phones are optional. If you want them, we quote them first and you pay for them once. Ask us whether desk phones you already have will work.
Exclusions and important conditions
- Calls come from your SIP provider. We don't supply or charge for calls on this plan. What calls cost depends on your SIP provider's plan.
- Calls at a time. How many calls can be in progress at once depends on your SIP trunk.
- International calls are charged by your SIP provider. Tell us if you want them available on your phone system.
- Numbers you can't call. Premium (19xx) numbers, satellite phones, 106, directory assistance and other special numbers can't be called from our phone systems.
- SMS isn't included.
- Medical and security alarms. Medical alarms, monitored security alarms, lift emergency phones and similar devices may not work over Cloud Voice. Talk to us before connecting one.
Calling 000 in an emergency
- Your SIP provider connects your calls to Triple Zero (000). You can call 000 from your phone system while your internet connection, power and SIP trunk are working. It doesn't need a PIN.
- Your phones, including calls to 000, won't work in a power failure or internet outage, if your SIP trunk is down, or if our phone platform is down. Keep a charged mobile phone handy for emergencies.
- Calls to 106 (the text emergency service for TTY users) and 112 can't be made from our phone systems.
- The operator may not automatically get your location, so always give your full address. If you're away from your service address (for example using the app at home), emergency services may be sent to the recorded address, so call 000 from a mobile.
Ending the service early
There's no early termination charge. You can cancel at any time by email or a Portal request. The service ends at the end of the current monthly billing period, and you pay the plan price until then. Desk phones you've bought and paid for are yours to keep. To keep your phone numbers, move (port) them to your new provider before you cancel.
Cost of a 2-minute call to an Australian mobile
We don't charge for calls on this plan. Call charges are set by your SIP provider, so check its price list or Critical Information Summary for the cost of a 2-minute call to an Australian mobile.
Checking your call usage
We don't charge for calls, so our bills don't show any call usage. For usage and charges on the calls your SIP provider carries, ask your SIP provider. For the call records on your phone system, call or email us, or raise a request in the Portal.
